Offline Programming and Simulations
V-Bend
is the top of the line package for programming 2D
and complex 3D processes offline and is significantly more
powerful and much more versatile than regular CAD/CAM system.
The tasks handled by V - bend include automatic bend sequence
calculation, dynamic collision detection, paramatic tool defination,
conversion of DXF files enabling CAD/CAM files to be imported
and programmable bend compensation tables. CNC simulations
is also possible with V-Bend. Real time simulation on a virtual
Press Brake that exactly matches the actual machine. The simulation
allows for product movement during bending and continual checks
are made to see whether collisions will occurs. This dynamic
simulation makes V-Bend absolutely unique.
